Café Wholesale · Kagoshima Matcha
JAS-certified organic matcha from Kirishima's volcanic soil — served under a name your guests will ask about.
The category
Most menus list matcha with no origin at all, which leaves your staff nothing to say when a guest asks what makes it different. Naming the region turns one line on a menu into a short, repeatable story.
Satsumatcha is positioned as Kagoshima Matcha — not generic premium Japanese matcha, and not a commodity powder bought on price.
Whisked, served straight.
Your milk program, an origin behind it.
"Southern Japan. Kirishima-grown. Volcanic soil."
Three facts, five seconds, no training deck.

Why cafés take it
Kagoshima holds Japan's largest share of certified-organic tea acreage, grown on the fast-draining volcanic soil of the south. It is a specific place, not a grade adjective.
The same tin and the same story run through our direct-to-consumer site. Guests who meet Kagoshima Matcha at your bar can find it again — and the association stays with your café.
Region, terroir, certification. Short enough to say while steaming milk, concrete enough that guests remember it.
